In the space of just a few days this week, Venus oversees the Taurus New Moon, crosses the 0 Aries Point, conjuncts Neptune in Aries, trines Mars and sextiles Pluto.
But please don’t be misled by the deluded Instagram posts of Venus as a sugary sweet, superficial girly airhead -in Aries she is not a glamourous seductress, but a passionate warrior, activist and teacher.
April 27 2025 New Moon at 7° Taurus
Prepare for a timely reminder of the importance of grounding yourself in day-to day life, of resourcing yourself fully, of getting the practicalities – food, shelter, income – sorted. The New Moon squares Pluto in Aquarius and Mars in Leo – a Fixed T square that can power (or ride roughshod) its way through anything.

Aries is the first Fire sign. Nothing happens without fire or without desire. Nothing melts. Nothing evaporates or circulates. Your habits stay solidified; your perspectives remain hardened and cold.
